I am a multi-unit retail operations leader who specializes in operational turnarounds and staffing rebuilds. I have directed a four-store, $12M drugstore portfolio, and most recently drove a roughly $4M operation to the highest bottom-line profit in its history. I lead from the floor and manage to the P&L, and I build the leadership bench so the gains hold long after the turnaround is done.

  • Lead a high-volume operation generating ~$4M in annual revenue across 170,000+ transactions, with 80,000+ donations processed into over one million sales-floor units each year.
  • Manage a team of 50 and a ~$1.4M annual payroll. Directed a full staffing turnaround, rebuilding the leadership team and driving an immediate lift in transaction counts and sales.
  • Grew the store to its highest bottom-line profit on record and raised its Google rating from 2.9 to 3.5 stars.
